It was an incredibly busy summer for the residents and staff at MediLodge of Cheboygan! With the warm weather, we were able to do many outing. 🚌☀️
We visited Ocqueoc Falls, had lunch at Yeck’s Famliy Drive-In, went fishing on the Cheboygan River, made smores around the campfire, attended the Cheboygan County Fair and Parade, went to WalMart for some slushies, and watched the Petoskey Steel Drum Band perform at Washington Park! 🌳🌞🌳
We also celebrated Jane’s 99th Birthday! What a FUN time we’ve had!🎉🎂

Schedule a Facetime chat with a ResidentI came to MediLodge of Cheboygan because I fell at home and was having a hard time walking due to some health conditions. Since coming here, I can get around again using my walker. I am eating better and getting more fluids than I had been when I was at home by myself. Thank you to all that have helped me get better.
I felt at home at MediLodge of Cheboygan. I was treated like someone special. It was absolutely great! The food was wonderful, I was able to walk around and all of the staff did a fantastic job!
At the recommendation of some of my customers, I chose MediLodge of Cheboygan to complete my rehabilitation. There is an excellent team at MediLodge but there were several individuals that stood out. Sue Bronson with her knowledge in infectious disease and always ready to help no matter the problem. Darcie in therapy addressing any questions or concerns I had in therapy – I enjoyed our sessions greatly. Kathleen, for always finding fun things to do in therapy. And Christine, the Resident Advocate ,who would find a solution or answer to my questions in a very timely manner. It was fun to talk to her about the Red Wings too!
When I first came to MediLodge of Cheboygan, I immediately noticed how clean and bright the environment is there. I felt comfortable right away and knew they would take great care of my husband while I was out of town. I don’t know all of the staff members names, but they were all very helpful – genuine caregivers!
In general, all of the staff at MediLodge of Cheboygan are great. I chose to do my rehab there because it was close to home. While there, I felt well cared for. I enjoyed the activities, the exercise and being able to get around again with my walker. The staff made me feel very good about myself. Thank you, MediLodge!
